Texas Gold Rush
Bourbon, honey, and lemon—sweet and simple
Ingredients:
2 oz Texas Honey Bourbon
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey to warm water
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel. • Optional: Float over vanilla ice cream for a next-level dessert.
Hill Country Gimlet
Bright, floral, and made for sipping on a warm Texas night
Ingredients:
2 oz Fifty9 Gin
¾ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz elderflower liqueur (like St. Germain)
½ oz simple syrup
Instructions:
Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with rosemary sprigs, lime wedge and/or cucumber slices

¼ oz maple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
1 dash smoked bitters (optional)
Instructions:
Stir over ice, strain into glass over a large ice cubes. Garnish with Texas grapefruit or blood orange wedge and cherry.

Texas Stone Sour
A bright, citrus-forward bourbon cocktail with southern soul
Ingredients
2 oz Avonak Bourbon
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz orange juice
½ oz simple syrup • Dash of Angostura bitters
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a glass. Garnish with a lemon spiral and blueberrie
Barrel-Aged Gin Old Fashioned

2 oz Distiller’s Reserve Gin
¼ oz demerara syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
1 dash aromatic bitters
