Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Texas Honey Bourbon

  • ¾ oz lemon juice

  • ¾ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey to warm water

    Instructions:

  • Shake with ice and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel. • Optional: Float over vanilla ice cream for a next-level dessert.

Texas Gold Rush

Bourbon, honey, and lemon—sweet and simple

Hill Country Gimlet

Bright, floral, and made for sipping on a warm Texas night

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Fifty9 Gin

  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz elderflower liqueur (like St. Germain)

  • ½ oz simple syrup

Instructions:

Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with rosemary sprigs, lime wedge and/or cucumber slices

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Post Oak Bourbon

  • ¼ oz maple syrup

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • 1 dash smoked bitters (optional)

Instructions:

Stir over ice, strain into glass over a large ice cubes. Garnish with Texas grapefruit or blood orange wedge and cherry.

Smoked Maple Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Avonak Bourbon

  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz orange juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup • Dash of Angostura bitters

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a glass. Garnish with a lemon spiral and blueberry

  • 2 oz Distiller’s Reserve Gin

  • ¼ oz demerara syrup

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • 1 dash aromatic bitters

Instructions:
